The early days of play with an iPhone were much more experimental, whimsical. I thought of that when I pushed myself out the door around midnight during a heavy, wet snow last week. I'm experienced enough to guess exposure settings, so there's less fiddling nowadays, which leaves more time for whatever—even when I can hardly see a thing through the viewfinder.
